mine won't turn back on sometimes if i shut them off unless a wait a little bit. or sometimes only one will come on so i have to flip them on and off a couple time to get them both on. If i remember correctly it is because the voltage isn't a constant power on our headlights it is more a surging or on off on type of thing. some people have flickering issues but There is however something you can put in line that will correct this issue. I think it draws power straight from the battery or something? i can't remember what it is called but I think Chris (GreenWithEnvy) sells them or at least knows what i'm talking about lol. I just haven't had time to get one for myself so I have just dealt with it. I'm not sure if this is the issue you are having or not but i figured It might be.
