We had Lee Hadley, Russell and his daughter, Phil Munoa, and I there today. Everyone did a really great job. But we ended up getting rained out. Mine is C454.    Here is Lee's first run.  Here is my first run.  Here is Phil's first run.  Russell has the rest of the videos. |

Nice runs!!! Thanks for sharing the video.... How was the track condition? It appeared everyone time was hindered due to slick roads. No one broke into the 13's? Crazy I surely would have thought ya guys would have all been running 13.5-13.9... Make me really want to get out there & run mine. Ben it looks like ya ran the 96 vette down, & would have beaten him with better R/T... 1/8 time was really close & quarter mile was even closer, another 5 or 10 yrds ya would have gotten him.

Not yet, I need to soon. First club racing, I was in Vegas & that got rain out anyways. This time around I couldnt get parole officer to let me off house arrest( Joys of being married) plus I figured it was going to be rained out, which it was.... I guess I am just waiting for you & Jack to come on out with me.  |

It was fun. My second race was against a decked out Mustang 5.0 and I beat him by a second as you can tell in the Time Slip. Russell has the video on that one. Our R/T was about the same and we stuck out together for awhile. But, as soon as I hit the 1/8 mile I took off. It was an awesome feeling. We need all of your guys to come out next time. The thing about these races though is that it really isn't about who is the fastest, it's about who is the most consistent.

I have been really wanting to go out to RMR to see what my car can do. I use to bracket race all the time when I had my CBR F2 and my R6. Never took out my R1. Sold that last year. I'm having more fun in my SRT-8. I dont have to worry about idiot drivers running me over anymore. My father-in-law was telling me about Miller motorsports park putting on a track day the 2nd wed of every month where you pay $25 and can do a few laps. That would be a blast too, but you can burn up your tires quick.

We need a much better showing at RMR. For those of you that don't want to feel embarrassed, I'll have to post the video of the Mini Van that was running last Friday. Any of you could have beat that thing.
I'm working on getting some of the video I took posted, first one will be of the guys calling Ben the Night Rider because of his lights. Having a little trouble getting the video posted to YouTube (little too big for Photobucket).
Just wish we wouldn't have gotten rained out again. But I have a feeling that July will be the month!

It's really addicting. I would love to go more, but I just can't afford doing this more than once a month. I'm definitely looking forward to doing this again in July.

July 17th is the next one. I should be able to attend. Hopefully we can get at least 10 folks from the group. I cant wait to get mine out there. Great job Ben, Lee, Phil and Russ. Eric and Kellie were at the first one I believe...

i run mid 13.50 13.70 on a steady bases now with .070s and lowwer reachins, and i dont even have to CAI, im telling you guys you need to do some mods to the diablo. Unleash the beast with in and what its cappable of. then you will know when your rolling faster cars then you though you would hang with . . . . .  |
