Well I'm assuming you weren't pleased with your times, as there weren't any mention of it or timeslips posted. Were there any other modern mopars besides you and jake?

There was another guy with a black srt-8 charger from the club, I'm horrible with names though. My best time that night was a 14.1 at 109mph. I'm in need of a torque converter to build up boost off the line. My 60 ft times are 2.57 and I'm not spinning my tires off the line. I loose traction in 2nd and 3rd gear when I build 12 lbs boost, and I'm a dog in first gear

Your trap speed of 109 indicates you have alot of top end speed and should be running sub 13s. a common oversight I see all too often is overpowered mopars and not well Balance to actually put the horsepower to use other then spinning off the line and down the track. Majority of which are force induction. In my opinion all force induction modern mopars should have slicks whether 17s or 18s, but need slicks or at least drag radials. Problem is not many beef up or upgrade the halfahafts which is the weakest link on the drivetrain. Torque convertor will definitely help but it's your over sized 22s with street tires that is holding you back. I say this based off your 60ft time of 2.57. Stock 20s on street tires you should be able to cut 2.2-2.3 sixty foot times. Too much boost build up from 2-3 gear, yeah probably on 22" street tires. Do your self a solid one and get yourself some slicks. You might not think your spinning off the line but the timeslip says differently. You would be running mid 12s All day easily with 17" slicks. Step up and get serious with it Ken. Tony and I were saying your car has lot of potential, now we are just waiting for you to join the 12 second club. Not sure why it's a dog in first gear other then turbo lag and oversized heavy 22s. With the power you are putting down at the wheels, you should be running Dewayne type numbers at least. If you shorten your end links, you can borrow my slicks for the night just to prove my theory.

They are not the upgraded ones but they would make for a nice back up just in case something snaps when you use those drag radials/ slicks.

Ken, you can use the ones I have on my car but like I mentioned, ya have to shorten your end links, to avoid having rear sway bar rubbing on 10.5" wide rims. I would offer my nitto nt05r but that would also require more fab work cause of the offset and widen rim to 10.5.
We can definitely try the slicks but I'm sure they won't fit with sway bar. Tony and Dewayne both have mustang r rims as the offset is very similar and will bolt up to our hub.

I was running like crap all night, with it only being my 2nd time racing ever I can deff tell the differance that weather plays. 2-3 weeks ago last time I went pretty consistent numbers all around 14.8 this past week I couldn't even break into the 14's with my best run being 15.021 so needless to say i'm a little dissapointed...
