You should be just fine with 100 shot on a stock motor, I have a buddy squirting 150 all day long on an SRT300 Most guys switch the spark plugs when using "Nitrous" and run one step colder then stock I'd use ngk's

What's the motor you're planning on doing this to? An SRT has a hair better crank and internals and will handle it much better. A simple 5.7 R/T may run well, but it will not be as near successful as the 6.1. The nationals forum is one which has a lot of information on this topic. And, ask Tony what it takes on a 5.7 motor. His is far from stock... his is an all built internal 5.7 so it handles his 150 shot allllll dayyyy longggg... and then some as you will see. I'm not a huge fan of nitrous, but if set up and managed well it is a true commodity for horsepower. Can lie about that...
Just saying, nitrous oxide is usually quite easy to deal with and in small quantities most stock engines can handle. But just be aware and make sure you've got the right injectors, fuel pump, intake, gauges, and so on to ensure you have the proper air fuel ratios and timing to make sure you don't stress the engine where it doesn't need to be stressed.
Well, in the meantime, I'm going to continue to move rocks and boulders from the neighborhood development for my yard to keep punks and their ATV's off my property... It was cheap... what can I say.

When I had nitrous on my car I went with the NGK TR6 4177 plugs and they worked great. The car dyno'd in at about 440hp and the only other upgrade was the 180 thermostat. This was on my 6.1 300 SRT8. Sadly my zex kit had a bad brain and wouldn't spray after the dyno was finished. :/ but I've got a vortech now. Attachments:

A 100 shot isn't too bad. But I would go a step colder plug and run a higher octane just to be on the safe side. How do you plan to spray this ? Wot or progressive or window switch ? There is many factors to consider with this stuff, but it is fun.

Not a nitrous expert by any means but I have heard that you have to have a blow down tube, depending on where your tank is. Stephen or tony can chime in.

If the bottle is in the trunk no because the back seat seperates you and the bottle. But if its in the cab then yes you will need a blow down tube. ( Rmr will be checking)
