Hey guys,
Just wanted to send you all an update that I will be starting powder coating by the end of August and was wanting to know if anyone needed some work done, and as always their is a discount for forum members. Just PM me and reply back if you guys have some ideas of colors or even parts that you want to do. I will be starting out small so the larger items will have to wait until I get my large oven as well I do any type of metal part you can think of.

What is you pricing going to look like for parts such as catch cans and smaller under the hood parts? Also what do u think the turn around time is going to be? And I'm looking at going with the color green..

I'd definitely be interested in doing some items. Are there any limitations as to what metals can be coated, eg. aluminum, cast steel vs. stamped, and what will be too big? Can you match my Torred?

Lots of interest which is good! I am only going to start with smaller parts such as things under the hood, Intake, Manifolds, Valve covers, fuel rails, Catch cans etc.... I do have a general list of pricing based on other companies that I have compared to so send me a PM and tell me what color you want and what item you want coated for a quote plus given your forum members im sure I can give you guys a great deal.
As for the size of work I can do, imagine only being able to fit product into an electric oven. Until I get my business official I won't be getting my large oven until later this year or even next, which is large enough to put a car frame in. I will be doing work for a guy who races cars professionally which is why I will be getting such a big oven.
There are no limits to what types of metals can be done since it all comes down to the type of prepping I need to do. For the colors that you guys want I would need examples or photos of what color your talking about and I also am able to match most colors.

Green is a good color to do, and for the turn around I cannot exactly say since I am new to this and will know once I start doing my own car and I still have a full time job  . I want to not only make a quality product for you guys but I always consider time as my biggest pet peeve, Plus I have 9 years of customer service so I will not treat you like garbage. |
