Didn't know they had a stroker kit for the 5.7. Upgrade your 5.7L HEMI to our 6.7L HEMI. ________________________________________ Drop up to 550 hp and 550 ft./lbs. of torque into your LX body currently sporting a 5.7L HEMI. One liter of additional raw power for your Daytona Edition Charger, Chrysler 300C, Dodge Truck, or other LX, LC, and truck bodies sporting the 5.7L HEMI without additional conversions or mount upgrade kits. The 6.7L HEMI is based on a heavily modified 5.7L HEMI Block and then finished off with Arrington Performance upgrades including our HEMI 586 custom ground billet camshaft, and custom ported heads for maximum performance and reliability.

"HHP prefers only to sell our BES Strokers for SRT-8 customers. The cost to correctly stroke a 5.7L HEMI requires several thousand more dollars to upgrade the 5.7L's heads and intake manifold to 6.1L heads and intake and due to complicated tuning requirements and driveline differences, final package output is substantially lower. We recommend upgrading to a 6.1L engine with minor HHP mods for current 5.7L owners looking for large increases in power - this costs substantially less and we have new 6.1L engines at our disposal. For 5.7L HEMI customers, please contact HHP." ....And the srt-8's start at 15,000$?

that 6.7L sounds like a beast! Honestly the 6.4L sounds like a great engine too. I think the Stock 6.1L engines are 10k not 15k.

I have nooo idea what a 6.1 costs I'm just saying they want 15k to stroke a 6.1 so... 5.7's would have to pay 10k for a 6.1 engine plus 15k-18k to get it stroked? I'm sorry if somehow im interpretering this totally wrong but....if I'm not.... That's a ton of money just for a 5.7 to get 580-650hp from the block. 25k course 18k for them to stroke my 6.1 to 650 hp isn't cheap either :/ if I'm not understanding something here please correct me cause I might be wayyyy off

Not way off, but maybe a little off. I believe the 5.7 owners bore and port/stroke current block to 6.4 and max 6.7L. They dont replace thier current engine with 6.1, just build it up to 6.4L. Pretty sure it doest cost 25k. 6.1L owners stroking to 7.0L cost is usually around 10k for kit plus labor. I would be concern with making your walls to thin with bore ing it out 6.7L!

Correct, the bore and stoke was to a 5.7 engine, taking it to 6.7. This taking it to about a 419 cubic inch engine. The full create engine with all the mods mentioned was $12K. Just the 6.7 stroker kit of the 5.7 was about $4K. Yet, it would be too expensive to buy a 6.1 and then put a stoker kit in. Plus if you were going to stroke a 6.1 you might as well as go all the way to the 426 stroker kit. But for those that have a 5.7 R/T, here's an option. I was just surprised they even had a stroker kit for them. But then again, why not! This would still be one hot engine!
