Comparing the same HID with slim ballasts, AACStyle HIDs are about $320 and FlashTech are about $300. I get my stuff at AACStyle because I have a partial sponsorship, so I get discounts. Nice, they aren't as expensive as i thought they would be. Thanks for all the info, everyone.

I saw the group buy, my concern was that if i go with an hid kit or a painted headlight will the rings still fit? It seems that some of the ones I saw for sale, they are a different size.

Mikey would be able to help you out but I think he is in Vegas celebrating his b-day still. Wow, why did the movie "Hangover" just flash into my head?...

This is what you can do. You can paint the inside of the housing black and order yourself some LED halos and HIDs from aac or flashtech. I can help you out with all of that except for the HIDs that i have never done before but i dont think its that hard. You can order the Halos and get some black paint then i can help you install that and do the HIDs later.

Hid's are SUPER super easy. Wire the ballast to the "Anti Flicker" Cap. Plug in light, twist in light power and secure ballast.

Looks good. I would suggest Black housing with HID's. That just my thought. Either way will look good.

I tried but my Photoshop skills aren't up to par . it looks even more retarded than the ones i just posted. I can't get the color conversion to work.
