I am starting to map out some custom work to be done on my Magnum. I have the SXT Model with the 3.5L engine ... looking at the undercarriage etc, it appears the only difference with my model and the SRT is the engine ... I am looking for a decent source for a pre-matched SRT rear bumper cover as I am going to swap the exhaust for Duel Exhaust. I am also trying to decide if it would be better in the long run to replace the hood with the SRT hood or if it is possible to swap the entire front clip for the Charger R/T front clip. Since they have the same chassis ... I am assuming that the front clip on both cars are the same ... If this is a bad assumption please let me know - lol I will also be looking at going to a 2-Tone with Charcoal for the bumper covers and rocker panels and possibly adding some graphics once the spring hits and I don't have to worry about being slid into by some idiot who can't handle driving in the snow

Actually you can swap front ends with a charger. I have seen a few chargums on lxforums, but you would need to fab up the fenders to make it work as well as new fascia, hood, etc....

Greg is doing something very similar with his 3.5 Magnum. I do believe Greg is doing a 300 front end conversion. The rear bumper I would get with Greg, as he is a rep/vendor for Grip performance & body kits. As far as pre color match, I dont recall graphite grey SRT8 Magnums, but Gordon(440gordy) or Bob(onelook) and Chris(venom) could shed some light on the color options for the different trim levels. Those hoods are great looking that Mikey sent over, but I sure hope the are carbon fiber at that price, but than again OEM prices are so expensive. Price it out & than contact Mike @ Hinckely Dodge and tell him you are with the Local SLCLX club for club discount rate. Good Luck and keep us posted. Cant wait to see the final project this Spring/summer.

Craig at Hinckley Dodge could help with this custom fabercation. I think Stephen is right, but wil require some body work to make it come out real clean looking like it was built off the factory plant floor.

As far as I'm aware, the SRT's were only available in Tora Red, Black, Slate Blue, and Silver. At least when I bought mine, that was the only choices I had. Noting a little paint won't fix however. ;D

If your wanting a Chargum, I have a guy that will do the fenders for you. I can get you a Grip 300 front end if you wanna go that route.
