I wanted to extend a thank you to everyone in SLCLX. Last night was an amazing turn out. By far, its the most people we have ever had at a bi weekly Sonic M&G.
SLCLX was organized on April 5th, 2008. Less than 1 year ago!!!! Originally there were 14 people on the email list and maybe half of those came to Sonic every other week.
Since the end of last fall, SLCLX has doubled in size. We have 26 member registered on this forum, thank you to our first ever SLCLX MOM (Member of the Month) Jeff (ViperJeff) for creating this for us. With an additional 17 people on the email list. Thats 43 members from around the entire Wasatch Front.
When I decided to start SLCLX, my vision was to have something along the size of CenCal LX or SoCal LX. By the end of last year, I didn't think it would ever happen. But after last night, my hopes have been rejuvenated.
So again, Thank you to everyone for showing your support for SLCLX. There will be much more to come over the next year.
