Lets hope everyone ends up coming, that would be an awesome turnout. That is an impressive list. Should be as larger than the first club turn out. May event we had a super long list but only 14 LX members make it out and thank goodness we had bout 6-8 from MOU. Anyhow weather, temp and DA should be pretty favorable. Got a feeling we are going to see some really good times tonight and see some new personal best. Still waiting for a LX/LY to break into the 12 second club. Who will be the first?

I hear you Ken, but you did whoop my arse. LOL. I had fun the lights where stressful as I didnt know what I was doing, but I still had a good time. Will have to do it again next year. My car was pretty lazy at the start she was lagging alot. I dont know if its cause I have been driving to get good gas mileage or what.

Missed you Tony, Ed B & Donald. Great time for sure! As always it was good catching up with everyone. It was great meeting Dwayne (terro45) w/ S/C Red SRT Charger, Ellis w/ Black R/T Challenger, Rick from Provo with the SRT8 Jeep and Jeremy w/ Black SRT8 S/C Charger and Talk about 4 very impressive rides! 2 more forced induction rides to the club and a GCSRT and they actually track their cars. Always love seeing SuperCharged/Turbo LX & 13 second Jeeps represent for Modern Mopars.
Anyhow hope everyone had a great time and thanks for coming out and supporting SLCLX/MOU performance events. Next year we are trying to get 2 more Drag Racing club days and an autocross at Miller Motorsports.
Now for the results!!!!!!
Emily(Hemily) had the best R/T with 0.034 followed closely by Mike M (plumcrazy) 0.040. Added Note Emily also had -0.008, talk about almost cutting a perfect tree! Congrats Emily & Mike!!!
Dwayne(terro45) had the fastest time with 13.5 @106mph, definetly 12 second car if he can get more traction. Congrats Dwayne, your Charger sure is a beast.
Richard got the broken car award with alternator belt being destroyed, as well as Last Club Race Champ (Scott from MOU) Drivetrain/tranny. Hope they both got home without any issues, well not so lucky for Scott.
New Comer award has to go to Rick in the GCSRT8 advancing pretty dang far for his first time out. I believe he made it to the 3rd round before facing our resident professional racer Kira. Safe to say rick caught the racing bug and we will see him out @ RMR next year. Congrats Rick!
Eddy got the "all show" award as he furiously went down the track. Good news is that you could have easily walked the 21 second 64 Dart, that took me out in 2nd Rd. I strongly believe the V6 have more consistent times making them the ideal bracket racer. Dont have to worry bout as many variables, biggest being wheel spin/hop or serve engine temps changes. Eddy way to comeout brother and give it ago. Hats off to you.
We had 2 LX "modern mopar" make top 3 finishes; Drum roll ..................... Kira took 3rd Place out of 26 Mopars, Lee took 2nd and got some hardware for the garage and Bob from MOU with his stunning 13.2 426 Challenger took home the grand prize.
I probably got the scariest run award as I was pretty sideways and about 3 feet from wall. Gordon please dont post that run on facebook, as it will end my short racing career early. Wife would take my keys and lock em up everyweekend. Just post my run here for those that want to see.
Thanks again everyone that came out to race and watch. Next year we got to get everyone that came the first 2 series and get Stephen (rt722) and Eric (xxxstrkexxx) out racing with us. We would have close to 40 Mopars out.
@ Tony, I know you wanna know what I ran, best time was 13.6 @ 102.73 and 2.108 60ft on crappy street tires, whch I am surprised and next best run was 14.04 @93 (trying to slam foot through floor board to avoid breakout and still broke out), I had 2- 14.5 @ 102.19MPH and I also had 17.176 @ 94 MPH (see above "scarest run" ) had to get off gas and tap brake.
Mikey, the first LX/LY in 12 second club is Jeremy in the Black SRT8 Magnuson SuperCharger Charger that ran midnights. I believe he had 12.5 with traction issues and I suspect he will be the first to 11 second club to has he has more performance mods coming soon. I was talking shop with him and he knew and heard about Sean's sold SuperBee and was advised Sean's Charger was a beast and was not to be tried and Jeremy ride was pretty impressive too with 530 RWHP.

I think I will just stick with my car was slow and not post my times. LOL. I really thought my car was a little faster then it was, but I am very happy with my car the way it is. ;D When I got home last night my husband saw the time on my window and told me I babied it. I told him no I didnt I floored it, but it was like my trunk was full on lead. I had fun so im glad I went. I always look forward and have lots of fun hanging out with you all.

I been to the track more this year than anyone, I missed last weeks cause I was in Vegas, time before only Mikey, Ben & I was there and before that I was Solo. I think I only seen your Charger out twice this year, may Club race and April Test & Tune lol. I am just calling it a season early cause I got alot going on right now, but dont worry, I will be in 12s come next season come April.

I had a good time at the track yesterday, nice to put faces with the names here on the forum. I enjoyed meeting all of you. Thanks for the advice and recommendations I recieved for future upgrades to my ride. My track times were 13.5 and 13.6, my third run I tried to power brake off the line and got all sideways so I wont count that one... Chris, I demand a rematch. lol Steve thanks again for letting borrow the helment.
