I been to the track more this year than anyone, I missed last weeks cause I was in Vegas, time before only Mikey, Ben & I was there and before that I was Solo. I think I only seen your Charger out twice this year, may Club race and April Test & Tune lol. I am just calling it a season early cause I got alot going on right now, but dont worry, I will be in 12s come next season come April. Nobody is questioning how many times you went out. Im just saying come out next time with me and mikey. And @ Richard your still slow and ugly. Lol jk

I had a good time at the track yesterday, nice to put faces with the names here on the forum. I enjoyed meeting all of you. Thanks for the advice and recommendations I recieved for future upgrades to my ride. My track times were 13.5 and 13.6, my third run I tried to power brake off the line and got all sideways so I wont count that one... Chris, I demand a rematch. lol Steve thanks again for letting borrow the helment. No rematches lol, just kidding. Yeah I am always game for lining up, but this time we race for titles ;D Dwayne, I knew the only way I was going to get around you was, if I hooked off the line before you did. Your times were better then mine, which is expected with more horsepower you have vs me, but Traction is a very big factor. We will have to race at midnights sometime before end of Sept, let me know what works best. I know Mikey, Tony and few others would be game. 1. 15.43 @ 95.1 mph RT.124 ( don't forget to turn off AC.) 2. 14.87 @ 97.4 mph RT.263 ( it was fun to run with Chris) 3. 14.90 @ 93.8 mph RT.341 ( no napping at the tree ,on day Lee you'll see the back of my car) What a great night to bad club racing is over for the year ,going to be a blast in the spring. That was a great run against you Steve, for a second, you actually pulled a head, but you had to shift and thats when I was able to get back around you. Very close all the way to the end, I believe I had 14.57 that run. Great run Steve!! I had a great time as well. Big thanks to Chris and Gordon Some day I will figure out how to launch that thing It was nice meeting everyone. Mike glad you came out, Launching & hooking up were going to be the biggest challenge, but once you do and getting going, you make alot up on the top end based off your MPH at the trap. You are going to need some slicks.

Nice recap Chris!
Glad everyone had a fun time. I know some of you that ran for the first time may have been a little over whelmed, but the next time you'll be a lot more comfortable. The first time is the hardest. As we've told most of you before, the fastest doesn't guarantee you a win in bracket racing. That little 22 second Dart proved that.
One note I would like to add, both Emily and Lee would have won their races if they hadn't red lighted. But when you red light by only 8/1000 of a second, that's nothing to be ashamed about!
I've already put the request into RMR for two dates next year, around the same times. I'll have to start working with Larry H Miller to get us a AutoCross date. For those of you that would like to take a ride down a real first class drag strip (not that RMR isn't a good track), plan on going to MATS next year at the Vegas Speedway. Your much closer to sea level and your cars will run at least 1/2 second faster than they do here, plus the track is a little better prepped.
Wish I could have spent more time talking with everyone, but I was bouncing between taking video, and talking with everyone from both the SLCLX and MOU groups (they were in three different locations).
Will post the video as soon as I can. I'm waiting for new hardware to come in for my new computer so I can transfer the video from my camera. Chris did you as made sure to post the video on Facebook? JK ;D
By the way, Kira's fastest time I think was a 14.18.
