Just a reminder that to race you must be wearing pants and closed toe shoes. Helmet per RMR rules.

What time is tech and what time is the first race probably ? Pits Gates open at 2:30pm, tech opens shortly afterwards. Time trials start at about 4:30pm. As you know it all depends on where we are in the line up of classes as to when we actually have the first time trial run, if they follow the order. So I guess to answer your question the time trials could start anytime after 4:30, but we don't know at exactly what time. Also I've noticed that time prices have changed a little bit this year. Drivers $30 Crew (can be up with the car at the starting line) $15 Admission - Adults $10, Youth (5-12) $5 You can bring food and drinks into the pit area, but you will not be able to take them into the stands if you go to watch races.

Hey Matt thanks for posting, I was being to think this event didn't happen. No time slips from anyone, surely it couldn't have been that bad off a night. DA was around 5090 w temp of 61 degrees. A little birdie told me there were 2 mid 12s modern Mopar and high 12s. Congrats to all that went and had a blast and got new personal best. Maybe we should make next club night match racing as well.

Yeah we had some good runs, I know there were at least 3 cars in the 12s, and a bunch in the 13s, We missed you out there. I for sure would vote for match racing on the nest one too! much better to get 5-6 runs in and be able to try for record times every pass too!

Yep, the DA at beginning was awesome and the group was getting some great times! As the evening went on I think the DA raised as there were several of us that our cars were slowing down as the evening went on, added that as the temp dropped tire spin was becoming an issue as well. My idea for the July race is to stick with the bracket style of racing, but to do away with the eliminations. That would make it more fun for when your either racing a slower or faster car. The race I enjoyed the most was the race between Lee (2ChargerGuy) and myself. Our cars are evenly matched and we were neck & neck the whole way down the track. With doing away with the eliminations it wouldn't matter if you won, lost, red lighted, or broke out, you'd be racing again the next go around but with adjusted started times based on our dial ins it would make the outcome at the finish line much for interesting.
