I agree on the UHP and their willingness to pull you over. Although WVC comes in a close second. I won't run my halos on the highway unless my headlights are on. I will run them alone off the highway and the city cops don't seem to mind. You will run into more problems with window, headlights, and taillight tint from the UHP. dam.n I am scared to see your car lol you are going to make me want to buy so much sh!t lol

I'm trying to figure out how to reverse black out the tails with my theme. So, instead of the theme shining through, the decal would be the theme. Not sure if I'm making sense but...

You can either get a stencil of your theme and paint it that way or just get a decal to stick on your tail lights. That's the easiest way I can think of doing that.
